This site is a personal constituent-engagement channel: a place to listen, make community priorities visible, and close the loop with honest updates. It is separate from the official City website and is not an emergency or service-request system.

Normalize, don't erase
A model may propose a neutral title and summary while preserving the legitimate concern. Criticism is never rejected for its political viewpoint.
Publish or review
Routine issues publish automatically. Spam, personal data, threats, emergencies, alleged crimes, sensitive or controversial claims, and borderline content require a person to decide what happens next.
The signal rises
Similar ideas can be merged after review so votes and survey signals gather around one clear issue.

Messages sent to an elected official may be subject to Florida public-records law. The City Attorney and records custodian should review the final privacy notice, retention schedule, moderation policy, and disclaimer before launch.
This prototype is not ready for public promotion until that review is complete.
